Newborn Workshop: Cute Babies Galore

Newborn Photography is something I have properly wanted to get into. Seeing the gorgeous and stunning images of some of the top baby photographers made me realise something - I want to give my clients photographs like that.

So I organised it, and when I told my photographer friends what I was planning from far and wide they wanted to join me. I ended up hosting at my studio the newborn workshop, never was the natural light in my studio anymore perfect than for these type of photographs.

I still have a long way to go to get to where I want to be, getting used to handling babies, and posing them. The potato-sack pose and the head on hands pose, are two poses that I wouldnt currently feel secure in doing on my own, but maybe with lots more baby photoshoot and if I can find a bowl like the one we used at the workshop I am so having one.

I want to say a massive thank you to Elli from http://www.minimemories.co.uk and Maddy from http://www.maddyzangles-photography.com/ for coming to Barnsley to donate their time to myself and 4 other photographers.

If you are reading this and you are a photographer check out http://www.newbornworkshops.co.uk  where they also team up with Shellie from http://www.shelliewallphotography.co.uk to deliver very structured newborn training workshops.

Here I shall leave you with some of the images from our models for the day, Issac and Lewis, two very gorgeous babies in their own rights. Absolutely Adorable!
